What is 1975 Fuji Special Tour worth?
I don't have a craiglist link for it because it has been sitting in my fathers garage for years untouched and is in great/mint condition.
It looks like this, but the picture is not of mine: https://i.imgur.com/CjZZ8eA.jpg
What is the tubing on it/price/If it's worth redo'ing?
(Suntour derailleur)

that's a really pretty color, so that's worth something if the paint is great. but this isn't quite a mid-level bike on which people are willing to spend $300.
"mint" generally means it's in perfect shape and ready to ride. but, to most, "sitting ... for years" is not mint. it probably needs near $100 worth of consumables to be road worthy.
without even seeing it, "as is," probably under $100.

The catalog specifies "steel tubing" which is even more low end than my Fuji S10-S (Special Road Racer) that came with "hi-tension steel tubing." And mine is a boat anchor, though I love it to death.
Value is less than $100 in my opinion. Check out all the catalogs here: Catalog_Covers

It's a beautiful bike. There's a vintage bike store here in Atlanta that would snag that from you for $100 and immediately put it back up for sale at $250. Ask for $225 & see what happens.
