Your picture is really grainy, but I'd say $150 minimum as it sits. Probably more like $200-250.

i bought the same bike for $200 - but it was a good deal in very nice shape. i'd say market value about $250, 300 if its got fresh tires and a tune up. at goodwill its probably not in this shape, but even if you spend $150 on it to make it nice its still under the $250 mark
