Late 80s with Cromor value?

What tier was the Bianchi with Cromor tubing? From what I gather online, lower middle??
Trying to negotiate a price for one I'm hopefully buying!

Cromor is 25CrMo4, which is virtually the same specification as 4130 chromoly. It is seamed, drawn, and double-butted, with a highly homogeneous seam weld, so even though it isn't Cyclex alloy, it's actually a pretty nice tubeset.

What isn't clear from the non-driveside photo and lack any component details is what components are on the bike and what model Bianchi it is. It's pretty neglected from what I can see.

Without more information it's hard to offer any estimate as to its value.

Hey guys, I was able to get some more pictures of the bike. Looks like for sure a CDI with Quattro crank, brakes, and derailleurs (Ofmega, Modolo, Suntour).
From what I'm finding here on the forum, the MSRP was $6-800 and in varying threads between '11-'13 you guys were thinking around $200-300.
What's the going rate these days?

p.s. I'm inviting the owner to come take a look at the thread, so play nice!

Bianchi enjoy a BIanchi premium, and celeste do even better. $300 plus.

+1. That's a clean bike, so It would disappear pretty quick at $300 or less.

Thanks guys. I'll be taking a look at the bike this evening and making an offer based on the condition in person. Appreciate the input!
