Buying used road bike

Hi I was on craiglist trying to find a good road bike for the right price, I saw this post of a Centurion Touring Road Bike for $180. Is that a fair price? It's apparently in good condition. Or are they asking for way to much??

No one here is so good as to share any guidance without so much as a photo or more detailed description.

$100 to $200 is a good price for a mostly complete 80's era Asian import road bike.

$100 for one that needs a full tune-up, perhaps tires, handlebar tape, etc.
$200 for one that has been recently tuned, new lube in hubs, good tires, etc. Adjusted, and ready to roll.

Most C/L bikes are misdescribed. I see a lot of non-touring bikes listed as touring bikes. Seems to be a common mistake, whether on purpose or not.
