I have this old wooded box that says "ruota liberal Regina extra". And its filled with gears. What's it worth and what's it for?

The cogs were/are used on the freewheel. The box is an assortment of different sized cogs, or gears, that could be used to replace or change a cog, as required. As for value...

As for value, look at completed auctions on Ebay for similar items, if there are any. As for value guess - I have no idea.

Sell it to Pastor Bob, ask him what he would offer, take it and many freewheels will live to see the road again.

Not sure what the individual cogs are actually worth not many people buying or selling these probably $5-10 each for most if the NOS and not much if there used. Considering the whole freewheels go for $20-50 depending on condition and gearing and take a while to sell on ebay based on experiance. I would agree that maybe selling them to Pastor Bob is a good idea being he is one of the very few people out there still rebuilding vintage freewheels most shops mechanics stopped doing this in the mid 80's.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

One thing you might do before you sell them is to make sure each one sticks to a magnet.

Any that do not will have at least double the value to collectors, as Regina also made aluminum and titanium cogs in this time period.

Those are highly sought after by old gearheads like me.

Does it include the freewheel removal/lock tool or just the cogs?

Take some photos and an inventory to start with.
