I found this >VINTAGE PEUGEOT 103 RACING SPORT RECORD DU MONDE < on craigslist and wondered if it was worth the price? Please give advice

Given the fact that the seller is too lazy to find a saddle and get the tires pumped up, the asking price is easily 2x FMV as presented. Keep looking!

Seller is a clueless idiot. We have very different ideas of "excellent" condition.

In truly excellent, ready-to-ride condition I'd say this bike could be worth as much as $200. As it sits, $50-75.

As it sits worth about $50 considering the seller wants extra for the seat and tubes on top of the way high price pass.
