Pretty hard to give an estimate if the price is low or high without knowing what the asking price is. Also better pics would help. It looks as if the bike has been "modernized" (at least the crank) and that should impact the price.

Constant tinkerer
Bike was obviously built from the frame up. Some decent parts, some super-cheap parts. Bottom line, this bike is nothing special and as such $600 is WAY too much money. You can get nicer steel bikes for less than half that.

The 105 brifters are clearly used. Good $130 modern crank though, and nice looking frame shape. Wheelset- eh.
Id probably be willing to pay $350 and I guess maybe $400 if it were something I really wanted. The 105 and crank tied to a good looking frame isn't nice.
$600 though? Wow, that can get something a lot more coveted, at least to my eye.

.
...for 600 bucks around here, you can buy a full Campy Cooper, but it will probably need a little work.

This is newer frameset late '90s early 2000s. No lugs

I wouldn't go anywhere near that Trek for that money.
CADD basically stands for computer aided design and drafting... a left over BUZZ word from the mid '90s.
