Info about vintage Cinelli steel frame

I recently bought a vintage steel frame and was wondering if anybody could help me figure out what brand, year and model it might be. The previous owner tried to paint the frame in a primitive way, as you can see.
It has Cinelli engraved lug, Chirico bottom bracket lug, Campagnolo chrome drop-outs and a braze on front derailleur. On the bottom bracket lug is stamped Chirico, Made in Italy. At first I believe that is a Cinelli frame ( also reading about the collaboration between Chirico and Cinelli) , but all the Cinelli frames I saw on internet have fork crowns engraved.
Any help is greatly appreciated. I am very curious what I have here. Thanks !

I do not know if it's a Cinelli or not, but the guy who painted it ought to be flogged.

those cinelli logos on the lug and brake bridge look hand drawn lol. I also never heard of a Chierio bb before.

You are right. I did confuse Chierio with Chirico. I should also say that came equipped with a Campagnolo 4051/1 Nuovo Super Record 27,2 seat post, which means that the frame probably dates from the mid 80s.

Whoever sprayed that frame was on drugs. Bad drugs. Looks like a worthy strip and re-paint project. Got some nice details on that frame.
