The Schwinn could be a '67 Panther in Sky Blue with a 2-speed automatic hub. If so I think it would be well worth the price. What is the serial number stamped on the LH dropout? Post a pic of the other side of the bike, what does it say on the chainguard?

I will be there first thing in the morning. Hopefully it is still there. If I get it I'll post more pics.
