Value of Raleigh Record Ace 1980? Very tall 65 cm seat tube
Hi I couldn't pass up on this beauty at an estate sale. It's way too tall for myself at 5'7", this bike is for someone over 6'2" correct? The stand over height is 35.5", the seat tube is 25.5" the total frame length is 44", and the top tube is 23.5". Does the tall height make it more or less valueable? I'm selling in the twin cities mn.

Just put a new tube in the front, she rides well it's just way too tall for me and a bit unstable to shift, although it works fine.

if 1980 a correct date this must be one of the very last assembled in Oklahoma machines since it has a "Nottingham, England" headplate.
suspect it would need be slightly earlier than this date if purchased new in the U.S..
1980 is about the transition date to Huffman and the creation of the Tacoma facility.
