Giuncadelli frame...anyone? Just got this beautiful frame but cannot find any info an

Hello all, just picked up a e auto full old frame. The name on the frame is Giuncadelli and the model, I think, perfecty. At least that's what the transfers say. Reynolds tubing. It is I think a racing frame and i also think pre 50's . Anyone else with some info please?

Never heard of it, but it sounds nice. Do you have any pictures?

That's a track frame. Never seen a Reynolds sticker like that, but nice find!

I've seen a sticker like this before. This is a beautiful frame and in great shape for a bike this old.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

I believe your track frame is French, not Italian or English. The bottom bracket will tell you by the size and direction of threading.

The circular head badge says it was made in Toulouse, France and the fancy lug work suggests that.

I can't make out the name, however, looks like it starts with "Vi" perhaps?

Are you trying to tell me something, or does "Nm" mean "never mind"? If so, just edit your post.

I was thinking it was italian simply because of the transfer. One says..."Giuncadelli campione del mondo". Also I thought the head badge indicated a store in Toulose. Not sure what name you refer to, tho only one I can find are the ones on the transfers, Giuncadelli and Perfecty which, I think is the model name.

I really think this frame is French. Study the head badge horizontal typography, V then possibly L, the V may be an initial.
The Italian name throwing you is a past champion of the world, possibly from a track event, not a road racer.
Terrific looking headlugs, which look French to me in execution, as do the stay ends.

I stand partially corrected since I found pictures of this very frame at the Winchester swap meet in February.
Apparently the circular decal on the head tube is covering the original head decal - which lessens the value somewhat.
What was being asked for this frame then? Its "sister" (also from Winchester) is on eBay fully equipped and with chrome accents for a $2K Buy It Now.
Normally a frame will go for 30 - 50% the price of an fully equipped one, given equal specs, age and condition.
If you or whoever has the eBay listing makes that $2K price, there you have it.
