The bike was made by SR (Sakae Ringyo), a Japanese company better known for their stems and cranksets than for their whole bikes. I think I can make out "Gran Course" as the model name on the top tube, so maybe it's similar to this guy's bike:
1981 SR Gran Course | The Simplicity of Vintage Cycles
The linked bike and its Shimano 600 Arabesque parts are handsome, but the owner lists the frame & fork as being hi-ten steel. The dropouts are also stamped, not forged, which is another indicator it's not a particularly high end bike.

How much do you think is the bike worth, if it is in a 8...9 of ten condition with the whole 600 Arabesque there?

as far as I know the SR bikes and the SR components are not actually linked (there was a big thread about this elsewhere). I have the same bike- and I am afraid I just stripped the frame of the Shimano 600 components and the frame is sitting in a small pile of other frames.
that said, i have often eyed it thinking it would make a decent rider - its handsomely lugged and has nice paint. its not super heavy...
oh, $200 is WAY too much. if it was completely serviced - new tires, wires, and tape etc and ready to go then sure it would be ok. but not a neglected shed bike.
