Is this a Bianchi Mondiale? Value?

What's a fair price? I'd like to make an offer.
It's got some nicks and scratches here and there when you see the full resolution photo, but it looks pretty nice aside from that. Apparently the upgraded components are Chorus, the crank and brakes are Croce d'Aune.

Gorgeous bike! The Mondiale was a top model for Bianchi and not many come up for sale. There are a lot of lower end bikes that sell for 500-800.

With those components, the seat alone is a French Ideal at least $300-400. The Delta Croce D'Aune Brakes are also expensive to re-purchase. 300-400.

So the seat with the brakes alone, well thats already 800.00.
Poor Mondiale: 600
Nice Condition 750+
Model like this: 800-1500.

The Stada is a nice bike, I would say its like a Schwinn LeTour. It is on the lower end, maybe 120-175. The steel is a big difference.

The Mondiale the gentleman posted is a very nice bike, not to many around. A lot of people are looking for vintage Bianchi's and the top model is hard to find. I know, I've been looking for an X4.

OK, even with the upgraded rear derailleur and brifters? Also, I forgot to mention that it likely will not include that saddle. He mentioned that specifically. I didn't realize it was something collectible or I would've mentioned.
How can I prove the frame is actually a Mondiale since it doesn't have a label? Weren't the Super Leggeras also SLX, maybe even the Giro in '89? I'm not sure that anything is original since apparently the crank is C Record (nice as that is).

Last question, what would the value of the frame only be? He's looking for either another bike that's basically identical, or a frame to put these parts on and would sell me this frame.

I am interested in selling my 59cm Mondiale although it is Electric Rose. The frame is identical and he could replace my Shimano DA with his Italian components. Just a thought.
