Vintage Bottecchia, what year?

Vintage Bottecchia, what year?
Hello, Can anyone provide information about this Bottecchia I was given about 25 years ago. There is a serial number in one photo: 115540. Also a decal with names and a date of 1911-1961. Does this mean the bike was made in 1961? It's all chrome. The nut on the headset reads Bottecchia as well. It's got Campy drop outs. Not all original components.

It would help if your camera was big enough to take a picture of the entire bike, preferably from both sides....

The pictures are inadequate for identification, however, those lugs were used on the 1973 Bottecchia Model Special...
