A Bianchi, but thats about all i can figure out

I have a Bianchi bike that I am trying to appraise, however I am not experienced with anything bianch and I cant figure out what model or year, or an appropriate value for it. The menagerie of components suggest that its been fairly modified from its original condition which further complicates my task of appraising it. I've attached images of all the note worthy aspects of the bike, but if there is anything else I should be looking at please let me know.

I cannot tell from the pictures what model the frame is and what tubes it's made from. Appears (based on how it chips) that the finish may be powder coat, not the original paint. My wild guess at this point is that it is from the 1980's, Japanese made, and might sell for around $300. Probably a nice ride.
