He bought it as a frame and fork, he built it with what you see. So nothing is original to the bike.

I kinda like it with the black stem, WAY better than the stock stem on these. Shame it looks like they kept the stock bar on there, though.
I like the wheels better than the stock Rolfs, too.
I might go $400 if it rides, shifts and brakes nicely. I'd be way happier getting it for $350 or so, though.
Left brake lever is a hair higher than the right lever.

The Group looks way older. Looks like old single pivot brake calipers, down tube shifters, and a polished crankset (missing bolt cover/s?). How many speeds? I think the Group is 1988/1989?
An okay deal at $400, but personally, I would be expecting dual pivot brake calipers, and a hyperglide indexed derailleur system.

undervalued frame in my opinion- i went gunning for one at one point and someone beat me to too it. the day is coming that these are going to rise in value when people realize they are getting top of the line 853 at a price way below newer and lesser steal frames.
