Cannondale Saeco, help
This is the only picture I have. The seller is asking 250$ on the bike.
It looks like a caad7 from 2004, not sure. 60 cm frame.
Carbon stem, leather saddle, Ultegra/Dura-Ace mix, Speed pedals. She said it is a problem with the wheels, but doesn't know what.
What do you think? And if I want to buy it, what should I check?

$250 is pretty cheap. Go take it for a ride.

I sold one of these a year ago for quite a bit more than $250. If it's your size you need to go look at it. A "problem" with the wheels is just too vague. They may need to be trued, have flat tires, the shifting may be off, who knows. Almost all non enthusiasts selling a bike have no clue when it comes to their own bike and it's faults. I once bought a Serotta for next to nothing because the nice lady that used to race it said all the components are worthless. The 8 speed 600 Tri Color shifters were dead but I had them repaired. All she knew was the bike wouldn't shift.

The problem with the wheels is that they're one of Mavic's complete sets!
They look like Ksyriums to me but I can't tell for sure. They could be out of true, broken spokes, freehub issues, pretty much anything can go wrong with those wheels. Inspect them for yourself.
Either way the bike looks like it's easily worth $250 if the rest is in good shape. Go take a look. Is it your size?
