$169 for a Grand Prix in thrift store condition would be VERY high price here. I've bought a lot of bikes at thrift stores over the years. They almost always are neglected, need tires, cables, bearings, grease, brake pads, etc. $169 would be the high end for pristine, fresh, totally rebuilt and ready to ride.
