What can you tell me about this Bianchi?

I'm arranging a meet up for a bike, the seller only provided one pic:

It's a 25" frame, which is fine as I'm looking for a donor bike to fix up an old Super Course, and to replenish the parts bins.

Looks like a Japanese-made frame, but just a guess. Any ideas?

Doesn't look like anything special. Looks rough and rusty. Be sure to check for stuck seatpost and stem and price accordingly. $50-75 around here maybe.

Thanks for the info. Maybe made in Taiwan?

$75 is the asking price, which was the only reason I gave it a hard look. I was hoping for 700c donor wheels, but perhaps still 27" at that age?
