Need Help with this bike

I bought this bike, but I have no idea what sort of model this Hercules is.

It has a 61, 11 Sturmey Archer AW 3-Speed Hub.

It's missing the head badge, and the rest of the bike has been painted blue.

It has an old weathered "Made in England" saddle.

Sorry for such a long delay in the reply.

From center of crank to seat post, I measured it to be around 53cm, with a stand over height of about 31in.

I'm pretty sure it is whats left of a Royal Crown 3 speed from the early 60's. Royal Crown was a lesser import brand that sold Genuine British Lightweights in nicer department stores in the 50's and 60's. Basically a nothing special gas pipe 3 speed likely made by the Raliegh conglomerate. This one as it presented as no real value these are only worth $150 or so in good riding condition. I had a 1959 model for a while nice rider and great looking but very heavy bike and a bit clunky.
