Joe Starck Custom Track frame, question of price

Hi All, I'm thinking of selling my custom Starck track frame that I ride maybe once a year and was wondering what might it might be worth. Details - Back in 98 I had a buddy who worked for Joe Bell who shared the same shop as Bill Holland. Starck was building Holland steel frames at that time and I had him build me a track frame when I rode back in college. The unusual thing is that it is actually badged Starck. It's a 58" using a mix of three steel types depending on where used for strength and lightness. No clue or documentation what type or where used. It has a Joe Bell paint job as well. Has a serial number, suspect that it correlates to Holland serial numbers at that time. Any idea what the frame might be worth or where to look? Sorry for the upside down pics, no matter what I seem to try it rotates them.

TIA

Hey! You just sold that bike to my friend Bojac and I just swapped some parts out for him to get it ready for the track.

It looks like this now:
