Vintage Univega Activa Touring Hybrid Frame?

So I bought a beater, for the meantime, but am wondering if this frame is a good place to start building a better (small person) bike from? I know nothing, Jon Snow.

Way, way, way, overpriced!

Decent hybrid, but I paid $44 for the whole bike last month.

I want your connections. Hook it up.

Take the train to Windsor, spend the weekend in Detroit and go home with a bike. :)

Yeah, that frame's worth maybe $20-40, max.

I would say way overpriced also for a lower end step through cross frame should only be $20 or so. Also when looking for frames for a 700c wheeled frame for a nicer build you should basically avoid anything that doesn't have a fork or is a step through.

Bike right in madison is 2nd only the other place in madison for absurdly overpriced frames and bikes.

Can't cross the border. Too many warrants.
