ID Schwinn Traveler Step Through

This is with the original bag and manual. The leading 7 in the serial number is throwing me for a loop. If the serial number is the rest C7xxxx then it makes sense.

From June 1957 through March 1958 Schwinn used an alternate serial number scheme where the year number came first: THE SCHWINN DATE CODES BY YEAR,MONTH AND DAY

Because of the 7Cxxxxx number I'm pretty sure that is a June 1957 Traveler Ladies' model:

Bent in what manner? The wheel is centered, spins normally and fits with the fender.

It's bent at the steerer, as if somebody ran it into a wall. Schwinn forks are notoriously weak like that.
