Yes. I've recently gotten a PUCH I love, but wait for a nicer bike. I see a lot of things I don't like. Cottered cranks, rust, steel wheels, plastic saddle... You're in Indiana! It seems like cool, nicer bikes come up in Indiana a lot.

Some of the AD/Puchs branded under Austro Daimler were nice, but I don't think this Puch falls into the category.

If you want a pretty basic 5 speed commuter it will make a nice rider but a bit heavy the way it is and isn't a bad deal. But if your looking to upgrade change it to try and make it into something special I would say pass.

Don't sweat it. Low-end 5-speed with bolt on wheels that isn't in that nice of condition. Mismatched tires? $15 garage sale bike.
