Old Yellow Clara?

Not sure what to make of this, but thought it was older, maybe too old for me to deal with, but in decent original shape. Never liked those type of cranks but frame looks pretty good. Anybody know anything about the brand Clara and would this be considered Mid range model. Seems to be scarce but I don't if that means it's worth anything. I am looking at $200 to get it.

How much guesstimates appreciated.

For sure entry level likely Italian. That rear derailleur is a classic example of a boat anchor. Cut that price in half and it's still too much.

Appears it may b e a Chiorda contract build. Constructed with the Agrati "AM" lugset. Gnutti five-piece hubs, steel rims (Maccari?). OFMEGA headset. Chainset appears to be OMG brand. Someone has changed rear mech and shifters.

May have been done for a chain store. Size looks to be 58cm c-t-t, or 23" nominal. Oftimes chain stores will stock just this one size in a gents model and possibly one size in a comparable ladies model. "Simply the inventory" seems to have been a watchword for many a retailer.

IIRC this name has come up previously on the forum.

$200 definitely optimistic on part of seller.
