Puch mistral E

Hi from the bicycle country (holland),

I found this bike recently (puch mistral E) and I'm thinking about fixing and sell it.

Im really hoping to find some information about this one .
Does anyone know the value?

Even do I live in the country where everyone got 2 or more bikes I can't find any answers !!!
