Vintage Bianchi 'Special' Red Road Bike

I know nothing about bikes other than I am moving and need to sell my Vintage '82 Bianchi 'Special' Red Road Bike w/Chrome on frame & forks.
I bought this when I sent to college many moons ago... I am pretty sure it is an '82, maybe '83

19" frame, 26" wheeles
CrMo 3 tube Rinforzati Piaggio
Brand new tires. All other items are original.

Any thoughts on a reasonable appraisal?

I think you're violating rule 1 of the C&V appraisals forum. Check out the sticky post at the top of this forum, then revise your post and you'll likely get useful responses.

Well, with a small frame and 650 wheels, you have a bike that fits into a very small niche. Road bikes with wheels smaller than 700c really only appeal to VERY short people, fairly small women, and the odd adolescent who wants/needs a capable road bike. Add to that the fact that the season is over, and I doubt you could give it away before spring. But, if you wait for quite a few months until the right person sees it, you could get that much for it.

Those do not look like 650 tires. They look like 700c to me.
