How much should a 92 GT Kuwahara in good condition cost?

Assuming you mean GT Karakoram?
If ready to ride, probably $125-$150 USD depending how much of a vintage mountain bike market you're in. A little more if it's real clean. Less if it needs tires, grips, adjusting, etc. or has worn out/mismatched parts.

Yes a GT Kuwahara would be fairly high end 80's BMX and a GT Karakoram would be a 90's MTB as for value on the on 92 modeld agree $125-150 in good basically ready to ride condition add $50 or so if it's the deluxe chrome version.
