Up for sale for $65 at moment. Blurry photos sorry. The cranks and pedals look odd. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Buy it, ask questions later. The saddle alone is worth the asking price.

Looks to be a UO 8 or similar quality Pug. The stamped steel drop outs suggest a low end Pug but these are nice bikes. Some of the parts have been changed out like the crank and RD.

Condition looks to be good but the pics are blurry.

Not a screaming deal but a solid one, well worth the asking price. I'd buy it.

You've been posting a lot of Pugs; have you bought any of them?

Thanks BikeMig. I collected the blue PSV last weekend dream very light bike. Bought 82 P10 but inch too short still like Carbolite. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. I also have a 78/79 teal 10 speed converted to 12speed.

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!

Looks to be an early-to-mid 1970s UE-8. Identical to the ubiquitous UO-8, but with braze-ons for a rack and generator. The "Aztec" cutouts on the head tube lugs are a dead giveaway for the UO/UE/AO/AE bikes. (Someone painted those lugs black, a la higher-end Peugeots.)

Lots of parts aren't original, including the crankset as you noticed, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. These frames have a reputation for being comfortable rides, but the rest of these bikes' components aren't so fondly remembered.

The leather saddle may be worth $65.
