I need an identification and value on this bike.
Seller has no additional information other than her semi-pro bicycle neighbor says he's 99% sure it's titanium. She's selling it for her brother and he's unavailable for questions.
The bike is in Georgia which means bikes that go for $600 in Los Angeles would go for about $300 here.
Can anyone tell me if all of these parts are original to the bike?

...pretty sure that was sold as a frame, and it might be a custom order. It is titanium tubing, a relatively sophisticated use of the material, and sold new for around 2,000 bucks (as a bare frame). I really don't know much about those components it was built up with, or the value of them in this situation, but I doubt her brother is gonna be happy with 300 bucks.
I know you can find some of the lesser Ti framed bikes like Lightspeed on the local CL here in NorCal for about 8-900 dollars.
Good luck in your endeavor. Serotta is out of business now (at least the Serotta that could produce that frame). Not sure if that makes it more valuable or less valuable.

If your market is as dead as you say, I would ask $1000 and $900 cash takes it home.
If you want to sell it for a bit more and don't mind packing and shipping a nice eBay ad with better pictures should net you $1400.
Serotta's are still in demand because they were well made and made in the USA.

Still learning
If I were in the market, $750 would be a no brainer for a Ti Serotta with Ultegra.
I have a Serotta Columbus SL that is well crafted and full Ultegra. I also have an Eddy Merckx Ti by Litespeed full Ultegra. Each purchased for around $750-$800.

That's a picture of the frame sticker.
I bought it for $800. I got a good deal so that I can my money out of it if I want to resale it in the future.
