The barcon shifters have some value at $40, but I have paid $40 for the same bike with rough paint in 2013.

I was thinking about $50. Major work to b e done, and not likely worth that.

Bike needs to be torn down and overhauled, and all consumables replaced. Also new chain needed

Comprehensive list. If you have a qualified shop do the work, $175-$250 + parts.

Thanks for the list! I could probably do the labor by myself. I appreciate the advice.

Shifters are worth maybe $30, and the rest of the bike is worth maybe $10.

$75 is about the highest price possible for something like that. It needs a complete disassembly, soaking, & reassembled with all new everything. If you're not a DIYer then, I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. However.......... it's a great small size bike & would be good for female riders. I'd try to get price down closer to $25.
