I have someone locally who has been trying to sell a 853 raleigh international on CL for months for $550. The bike hasn't budget. It might at $250 and it certainly would under $200. Every market is different but selling a high priced road frame in a small market is a problem.

Seems a little high for me. I purchased a 2001 LeMond Zurich in perfect condition for $300 a couple years ago. A couple days ago I purchased a 2003 LeMond Zurich for $225 in excellent condition. Both were complete bikes (Ultegra groupset) and Reynolds 853. I realize I got great deals on both. Recently there were two Zurich's for sale locally on CL and they were $350 and $375. Neither sold right away.

I'd pull the trigger if I was hunting (and if it fits--can't stress that enough).

I would probably only go $175 with those scrapes looks like there through the paint and into the metal some.

Thanks. That's what I was thinking. 2 Question: What would you all suggest I do with it if I get it? And secondly, why would someone have just a frame? I dont get that.

incazzare.
Is that derailleur hanger bent back, opening the dropout, or am I seeing things? If so that drastically reduces the value of the frame IMO.
