It is a Raleigh SPD (Special Products Division) frame. Dyna-Tech refers to Raleigh's adhesive process for manufacturing the main triangle. It was the British equivalent of Raleigh USA's Technium process. Often, the Dyna-tech frames used steel for the stays and forks. You can test this with a magnet. It appears to be mid to late 1990s. The serial number may provide further clues. I'll defer to others on value, especially if you are in the UK or Europe.

Probably 500ish.
One of these came up near me recently and I did some research because I thought it was sort of cool in its way, and cheap for ti. I passed at $350. From what I found it has commercial ti, which is a lot less desireable than 3/2.5.

Is that seat post properly adjusted? It looks high is the minimum insertion mark exposed?

The seat does need to be lowered but it was like that when bought.
Bike prices are similar to US so I'll take that as a guide.
Have to admit I wasn't expecting to find basically every part on the bike to be Campagnolo.
How can I distinguish what model Campagnolo the groupset is?
Thanks for the help so far, any other thoughts are welcome.

Post some close up photos of the cranks/FD, RD, brakes, etc. I like the simple, purposeful look of the bike. It looks like a well-crafted tool, function over style. I'd imagine you can make a nice profit parting it out, unless it rides so well you decide to keep it. Does it fit?

The components appear to be painted, as opposed to anodized or polished. The calipers appear to be single pivot and non-mono-planar. Pending detail pictures, my feeling is mid-1990s Veloce or Stratos.
