90's MBK Trainer

Are these 90's MBK Trainer bikes at least interesting or have a "cool factor" and might be worth putting on the road, or are they a bit common and "not great"?

I'm thinking probably the latter, and it'd be better to find something more Italian to play with. Plus even if everything else was blacked out, I can't get past that yellow and fluoro orange paint.

Cool! I'd be all over it. But then I think most Italian bikes are overrated.
