What kind of bike is this? Hmoser?

Hey all! I was just browsing and I saw this bike available on the Goodwill auction site. I have no idea what kind of bike it is? Does anyone know what kind of bike this is, and what its price point should be? Thank you!

Yup, most likely a Cannondale road bike, probably with newer chain rings.
The fork legs don't look straight. I can't tell if the fork is bent, or if it's just a perspective illusion from the camera lens.

Worth the price if the fork is straight and the wheels are OK. Not a bad parts group esp. at $77.

You can see the Cannondale train-station head badge decal in the third photo.
