Blue Bianchi - need help from the pros

Hey guys,

Any idea what this is? How much would you pay for it if in excellent condition? Thanks in advance!

The subject bicycle appears to a circa 1982 Bianchi Special, which was a Japanese manufactured, lower mid-range, sports touring model. The main tubes were double butted chromium-molybdenum (probaly Tange #2) while the forks and stays were carbon-manganese (probably Tange Mangaloy). 27" wheels. $150-$200 in season, in ready to ride condition. If you're in a northern climate, where there's winter snow, you'd want to lower the offer.
