The subject bicycle appears to a circa 1982 Bianchi Special, which was a Japanese manufactured, lower mid-range, sports touring model. The main tubes were double butted chromium-molybdenum (probaly Tange #2) while the forks and stays were carbon-manganese (probably Tange Mangaloy). 27" wheels. $150-$200 in season, in ready to ride condition. If you're in a northern climate, where there's winter snow, you'd want to lower the offer.
