Does this Trek have any value as a parts bike?
This bike has been for sale forever and I can basically name my price. It's too small for me (I'm 5'11) but does it make sense to buy to have some spare parts around? If so, what sort of price should I be thinking about? Thanks.

I'd pay $25 for it as a parts donor. Not a bad bike but it does have some rust issues. The frame looks very salvegeable and can be sold easily to cover your costs with some profit built in.

Agreed, the frame looks pretty decent and may appeal to someone locally who is looking for a fixie candidate.
Shimano 600 derailleurs cleaned up can fetch $50 for the pair. If the crankset is 600 that's $50. The brakes look like Dia-Compe? I like them but they don't sell for much so keep them for another build.
That leaves you with wheels and a bunch of parts. I think you could justify up to $75 with the intent of selling enough to break even and building your parts bin with what's left.
