This bike is hot. There is something very clean and elegant about a well designed rigid mtb.

To the OP:
I love it, but don't feel qualified to have an opinion on sale value.

That is pretty but a tad dirty. Was these built by Richey himself or on a hand built assembly line under his guidance?
Sadly I don't you'd get near what it is likely worth. It's a long shot but did you look at completed auctions on the 'Bay? I would recommend giving it a good complete overhaul, wax the frame real good, new cables with white housing to make it look sparkle clean. The post it on eBay and CL at 1K and see what happens.

Yeah, the problem is mtb of that rarity and quality builder just don't command the same prices as a comparable road bike. eBay is definitely your best bet.

Everything on this bike is still original from the store .the original and the only person to own this bike before me never changed anything just added a few things. Even the tires are original and still holding well amazingly

Was going to suggest 1k too- Maybe put your opening salvo at $1250 BIN and see if that gets anywhere. There may be a Thomas Frischknecht fan out there who wanted one of these as a kid but could never afford it

Sometimes all original is not necessarily a good thing. That may signal to a buyer that after shelling out $1000 they need new tires, cables grips etc.
