If you are asking about the potential value of a specific bike, we'll need some detailed photos and more information. You can see examples in other threads here. Also, value is dependent on method of sale and location, so unless the bike is being sold online, we may not have any good idea of the market in your specific location.

i saw this bike outside a local store , probably for maintenence.
That bike seems to be used by someone whitout a car , i can tell because i see a lot of indians and arabs using the same pattern of bike and accessory and specially the low maintenence can tell that.

First time i saw it i was knowing that bike has something special , but after a while i found the perfect exactly bike... well that bike was not in great conditions but there is nothing what a bit of work can fix!

Thanks anyone for help , keep typing here if you have more information.
I'll talk to the store owner as soon as possible.

All depends on condition, one of the early icon builders. There is demand.

.
...Joe Breeze is one of the early mountain bike legendary builders here in California, but a whole lot of bikes marketed under the name "Breezer" have been marketed and sold by him that were contract built in Asia since that time.

Most of them are solid bikes, but not necessarily of large value monetarily.
