Well, you're looking at a small framed Club and a tall framed aluminum Trek. Not my favorite style, but they sell. Are you buying or selling? In the DC market, restored with new tires, drivetrain clean, bearings all re-packed, new cabling, you could get $325 for the Trek and $295 for the Fuji. They'd have to be well marketed and you'd have to be patient.
If I were purchasing those two, I wouldn't pay more than $145 for the Fuji. Maybe a hair more for the Trek, $165. This is assuming that they require full servicing to become their best.

I don't know about the Trek. If the Fuji is in top shape then somewhere between $200 - $300.
