WHAT YEAR IS 14 SPEED BIANCHI CAMPIONO REPARTO CORSE w/SHIMANO GROUP?
I found this Bianchi Campiono Reparto Corse at a local pawn shop & grabbed it for $99.99! But I think even though it has the Reparto Corse label on the handle bars, it might be just s regular Campiono because it has Shimano derailleurs & brakes (at least levers say Shimano). It also has 16 speeds (8 x 2).
Can anyone tell me what year it is & what it's worth?
Also - it has a small circular dent on the top frame bar; i there a way to fix it?
I appreciate any help!

You are correct the RC decal on bars only refers to them. Sadly Bianchi started using the RC label as a marketing tool rather than keeping it as an elite line of top line bikes.
As to the bike itself, I believe that model with the Shimano DT shifters came out around 2010/11 and sold for around $500. Checking bikepedia would yeikd better dates and retail price.
If you can find a shop with frame blocks, I think that is what they were called, and a person who knows how to use them may be able to pop it out, but it doesn't look like it will cause riding or structural problems.

Since this is a steel frame, as Bianchigirll suggested that kind of dent can be repaired with frame blocks. It will mess up the paint around that area, but you should be able to find a similar enough glossy black rattlecan paint touch it up reasonably well after masking off the rest of the bike. That Thompson is a very nice aftermarket seatpost. I guess MSRP was closer to $800
