Cilo Reynolds 531 fork and frame/shimano 600 Ex brakes,shifter
Hy there , I;m new in the forums so take me easy 
)
Recently I bought a Cilo road bike , and I;m curious about what is rly worth , I payed like 70$ for it.
-Reynolds 531 fork and frame
-Shimano 600 Ex brakes and shifter
The rest I don't know where to look , I will upload some pictures in the weekend ( 27-28 ).
Some opinions anyone?

We can't give a valuation without pictures (condition matters) but you got a very good deal assuming that the bike and parts are in reasonable shape.

We need photos, but assuming there's no dents/dings, you likely did alright. Cilos are, I BELIEVE, Swiss...and use swiss BBs. That could be a complicating factor, but not insurmountable either.
