Schwinn Letour Made in Taiwan
https://postimg.org/image/9zqps648p/Cant really tell what year it is.. Very light weight with decent paint job! Pulled it from goodwill for 30.00. Whomever owned it really took care of it and used it. I noticed they had an MS150 sticker on it so I assume they did the ride.
can anyone tell what year or the value?

I believe it's a 1998 Le Tour in Gloss Red. Chromoly TIG welded frame with Shimano RSX/C500 derailleurs.
No idea about value, but it's certainly worth the $30 you paid for it.
I'll post a catalog scan in a few minutes.

You did fine nice TIG welded mid level 90's road bike in very good shape should be worth about $200-250 in most markets.

Thanks guys! I was surprised at the quality schwinn used to put in their bikes. Pretty lightweight as well.

That's a pretty small frame. Made for someone around 5'4"

I meant to comment on that, Bill. If the OP bought it for himself, he'd need to be fairly short to not feel cramped on such a small frame.
