Identification of Old Triumph
Hi Guys and Gals,
I was wondering if anyone knew anything about old Triumph frame numbers?
I recently bought a old 1940 - 1950 ish Triumph, I am ageing it based upon photos of similar already age proven bikes.
I got it from a well known auction site for £14.50, and I am currently mid way through giving it a new lease of life.
I took some pictures of the bike before i blew it apart. I found a frame number at the top of the seat tube.
The number is : 59275NAG
I will try to upload some photos too
Any ideas or guesses welcomed

If it is Raleigh built, you should try this site:
The Headbadge: A Vintage Bicycle Resource
I suggest to examine the hubs and back side of the crank arms for date codes (assuming that those are original).

Bikes: No-name LH drive track. Also ride an Exxon Graftek, a Masi, a Trek R200 or a RR Boneshaker for fun!
