73/74 schwinn paramount p-15
I have an all original bike 20" center to center seat post size. Stand over about 29.5-30". I was going to let my son use it but he just doesn't like it!! I know, I've failed as a dad.
It's a super cool bike. Very good condition under the dust and cobwebs. I'm going to put it up for sale so it can be enjoyed. Too small for me and wife and kids say "NEH."
I've never used eBay. Just local Craig's. The bike has the original tool kit and if I can find it the brochure that Schwinn hung on their bikes back then.
I'm thinking it's worth 800-1200??? For someone who fits it and can appreciate it. Thoughts on values and how to sell much appreciated. This thing hasn't been ridden in 30+ years. It needs a new person. Thanks, Pat

Nope
No pics. It's 100% original, campus green. No rust. I can't get pics to upload on this site. Been a member forever. There's a million pics of these bikes online though

Without pics I'd say it's worth $300

Pictures.
So after Easter lunch I took a bunch of photos. But bike forums had to be the most difficult website to upload photos!! Why can't I just upload from my smart phone in 2017??
Sorry but I guess no eye candy. I hear you guys on the $300-301 value. What can I say? Sometimes right place right time. 😘

I'm guessing Delmar, Va. and if it was my size I'd be hopping in the car for a road trip.
Edit: But seriously if an old luddite like me can manage posting pics, so can you if you want an honest appraisal. That said....$305.00

While pics would help a lot a realistic price for a P-15 in very nice survivor condition needing minor work some new consumables and a bit of service I would say $800-900 on a local sale.

It doesn't take a genius to include photos in posts on BikeForums.
Either upload the photos to photobucket or other free image hosting sites and link to the IMG URL in your post, or
click on "Go Advanced" and "Attach Files", then "Manage Attachments" and upload your jpg image of less than 100 kilobytes from your hard drive as an attachment to your post.
It isn't rocket science.

ebay is not that hard. You can set & adjust several criteria on the sale. Don't forget to set a reserve base price. You can list it for local pick up only. Of course ebay takes a percentage of the sale price. But hey, you're probably going to get closer to $1K on ebay than you are on CraigsList.

Depending on unknown condition (no pics) and small size///(no pics)=$300 just in name only; if read right on frame....

No bites at 800. Maybe its the 20" size? Dropped the price, will wait and see. Oh, I got pics on, but it seems as though you have to be on an actual computer.

Just cleaning it and servicing it? Maybe fifteen bucks worth of bar tape? Doing something about those grungy corroded derailleurs? Could add hundreds to perceived value IMHO. If looking for a quick unload, expect low $$$... Sorry, but if it was my size in that condition, maybe $500 local.
