I've found plenty of GT GTB asks, but most are old now, or went completely off topic with jesus talk. not sure what that was about. Anyways, I built up a very solid GT GTB and have now ran out of space for the thing. I'm looking to sell, but see that at one point they were up to $1k, then others down near $350. I genuinely have no idea what the pulse of it is now days. Why were they so coveted? Obviously it varies regionally, but more just in general asking what the expected range is now. Thank you!

Track bicycles command a premium. |n very good condition, in a popular size, with a good component mix, it could easily hit $1k on ebay. Towards the other end of the spectrum, $350 might be fair. You really need to provide more information and preferably photos. With 106 posts, you've been around long enough to know that.

Right -- -apologies. I haven't posted in a couple years and was going more general. Anyways, real solid condition. It was ridden in the Olympic Velodrome in Colorado Springs, CO. for all of its life. 56CMM frame, Sugino 75 cranks, stock fork and seat post, crap seat, Cinelli 70mm stem, and bulls (but have the original stem and bars put away). Added Tektro front brake, awaiting cheap lever. Wheels are Mavic CXP22 with spare tires that are nothing special. Picture here:https://i.imgur.com/NmSoTic.jpg. Little scratches, but are some.

That's a bike I've been looking for for a while , but in a 54 size

Hard to put a price on it, but i'd speculate $500 with those wheels -- the real money is in the frame and crankset on this one

The Pulse was the high -endy model that was sold as a frameset only, -- the GTB's were used in the rental fleet at the Superdrome for years , -- new they were relatively inexpensive

But ---- the triple triangle frame designs have a little bit of a cult following -- this might pump up the value a bit

So, it's mostly stock,in a popular size and good condition. A mostly stock, 54cm version, in similar condition sold for $710 US on ebay about a month ago. It was local pickup only, but in very high priced NYC.
