2005 Allez Comp Cromo - value?

Saw this bike being discussed on the C&V ebay/CL thread - and then realized, I have one of these! What would you good folks value it at?

It's a clean frame and rides nicely, as you might expect from this level steel tubing. I know list was $1700 but I don't necessarily expect anything near that price.

'05 50cm Allez Comp Cromo w/Columbus Foco. Dura-Ace/Ultegra parts mix. Mavic SUP on Ultegra hubs. Shimano 600 triangular pedals.

Was it built up as a frameset? It has kind of an eclectic mix of parts for an '05 .

I would have thought an 05 would have an outboard bearing crankset and a 10 speed drivetrain , brakeset and pedals are from the 80's

I'm not even going to guess at the price as it sits, --but if it had a cohesive parts kit, I would guess you could ask $500 and be prepared to take $400

It was the all-too-familiar story. Guy is a bike geek, builds it up from a frame for his wife from parts on hand so they could go on rides together, she barely rides it, he sells it.

As I mentioned in the other thread, these are fantastic bikes. More modern geometry and stock carbon fork make it more comparable to something you'd buy brand new from the likes of a Gunnar.

Worth more than $400 although the size on this one is a limiter. With the Ultegra/DA mix, I think it's a $600 bike. Full DA and 56/58 sizing, this would fetch $800+
