Bianchi Strada LX value
I could use your help valuing a bike. I have an 87 or 88 Bianchi Strada LX. It was ridden twice and stored upstairs in my home for close to 30 years. It is in near perfect original condition. The tires will need to be changed but it is 100% original. Any thoughts?

Pics of bike
I tried to upload pictures of the bike. This site wont accept them. They are in Jpeg format and I don't know how to change them

I just tried to post the pics of @lorikarol 's bike again and this is the error message I am getting.
I will say this, the bike is beautiful. It looks like it may have just spent the last 20 so years on the top rack at the bike shop. The only issue I see is the tires as mentioned and of course the grease. I'll post them on FB page is anyone is still interested in seeing it.

Hey Everybody lets help Lori sell this beautiful Bianchi!
https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?f...type=3&theater
From 4/24 The Strada was a solid value at $270ish, with a three tub ChroMoly frame and Shimano Index Shifting, it felt like a much more expensive bike. While the bike may be unused for almost 30 years that is not always a good thing. The grease in the bearings has surely dried out and should be replaced before use.
from 4/25 How did I miss the LX part? Nice bike with a better quality frame and wheelset. Suntour shifting system. It really is a great looking bike. I think I'll let the other give a better estimate
Here are the pics. I turned one, my computer cropped it a little, but otherwise left them untouched.
Something about a security token or some stuff so I couldn't upload the pics on via my desktop with Google Chrome.

The Facebook like gives a "This page is unavailable" error. Where is Lori located?
At this price range, Craigslist is probably the best option. Since everyone buying on CL tends to want to bargain, regardless of how good the pricing is, if $130-150 is indeed a fair price, I'd ask $200. Bianchis tend to carry a premium anyway, just because it's a well known name.

A bike like that would be listed on CL in the 2 cities I live in for at least $300, and perhaps more, regardless of the quality of the steel tubing or components. It looks pristine, it says Bianchi, and it's a good size. I don't know what FMV is among the knowledgeable here, but that's a very good looking bike. I'll be curious to hear from others.

Dallas is a good, fairly large bike market, so that's in your favor. Take a few more photos (closeup of the chainrings/cranks/pedals/front derailleur in one, a shot that shows whatever label is on the rims, a shot of the seatcluster/seatpost (where all the tubes meet under the saddle), a photo showing any stickers on the seat tube that show what the frame is made of, and so on. If you post some photos like that here, people can tell you exactly what components you have, and you can use that info in your ad.

$200-$250 in my neck of the woods, but we tend to not command the same prices as some other larger towns. Pretty bike, love the understated classiness of most Bianchi bikes.
Forgot to add, replacing those old tires would really help the value, they look very out of place considering how nice the rest of bike looks. Try to not spend to much on tires however, just some decent tires would be great
