A bunch of vintage stuff came into B4H a while ago, and this NOS stem is part of what we got. I am going to offer it for sale, the proceeds going to B4h.

I've never seen that before but if that wedge fits in a Cinelli 1R you can sell the wedge for $30 ha ha.
Looks nice; I would think $$25-30 unless someone with more expertise thinks it is actually rare or unusual and worth more.

These Shimano 600 ax stems seem to be going for $40-50 in excellent Nos condition unboxed and $60-70 Nos in the box.
