I have the original Campagnolo rear wheel, pedals, and chain. All in excellent condition. I don't know if it's better to sell as a frame or include everything but the front wheel?
all input is appreciated!

Well, I would put the thing together and see what it looks like to the camera. Generally, you can do better parting a bike out. You can get an idea of parts values by looking at the sold listing in ebay. Lack of the front wheel will hurt the full bike value substantially.
